Ingredients:
- 1 (14 ounce) can of fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- ¾ cup of egg substitute
- 2 teaspoons of lime zest (about 2 limes)
- ½ cup of fresh lime juice
- 1 (6 ounce) reduced fat ready-made graham cracker piecrust
- Garnishes: Thawed fat free frozen whipped topping and lime wedges, lime rind curls
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (F)
- Process the first 4 ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour the mixture into the piecrust.
- Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 10-12 minutes or until the pie is set. Let pie cool completely on a wire rack (about 1 hour)
- Garnish if desired.
