I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the class because I’ve seen results. The class has simplified strategies on eating smart and exercising daily. I eat more fruits for snacks instead of packaged foods, drink more water and try to walk at least 30 min daily. I also eat low calorie foods and read food labels. I’ve lost 19 lbs so far. I’m really impressed with the instructor. She has been well prepared for each class! She always gives ideas for an alternative to unhealthy foods. She has also incorporated a 12 min workout to the class which has been great!
