Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less is a 15-week online weight management program delivered in an interactive real-time format with a live instructor. It’s NOT a diet – it’s a lifestyle. Classes are accessible on desktops, laptops, smart phones, and tablets.
Classes begin the week of January 9th
Lunch time and evening classes available (all Monday evening classes are almost full)
Registration deadline: January 4th at 5pm ET
